Unjani ! Thobela?
Now you know how to say Hello ! How are you, in one of the African languages, isiZulu and Pedi.
So, I was back home, for a few days, visiting my family. My mom is a beauty mogul and she knows all the natural tricks to get that glowing skin or flawless hair. Sadely, I never get the chance to work on these tricks she uses being away all the time. But I got my hand on this trick now- Coffee scrubs!
Recently, many cosmetic products have been putting coffee in their formulas and for good reason. Coffee is a rich source of antioxidants that protects our skin against free radicals that damage and age us. The caffeine in coffee stimulates the skin and improves blood flow to the face, which is perfect for healthy cell turnover that makes us look radiant and bright.
Because of these properties, coffee is also a great ingredient to reduce the cellulite. It minimizes fine lines and prevent water loss from skin. It works as a great anti-ageing product.
Also, if you are suffering from bad sunburns and damage, coffee scrubs work really well in helping your skin restore from the damage.
Remember, cellulites number one enemy is cafine! It tightens the skin and retains elasticity. It works great for removing those strech marks.
If you want that instant glow and freshness, try the scrub before your important event (date or anything) and you’ll surely love the results.
Instead of going around searching for scrubs and spending money on expensive ones, grab these ingredients and make your own scrub because nothing is better than the natural home-made stuff.
Igredients-
β’ 1 cup of finely grinded coffee beans
