Let’s talk about bodies today!

I am 5 feet 2 inches, have a curvy body and you know what? I absolutely love every part of it. Two years ago I was a mere 75 kgs and now I am 54 (after a burger 55 kgs), I still have a long way to go, still have a lot more toning left. I try to live healthy, exercise daily and eat right because that’s what you should do if you love yourself.

But, what I never do is hate myself for the way I was created. No matter what people comment (fat jokes and all), what the society claims to be beautiful, I just never let all those things get me down. At the end of the day I love all my inches and curves and with a positive mind frame, I work hard for even a more hotter bod. Because one should never stop working on oneself.

So yea, all I want to say is that, no matter what shape and size, you are beautiful! And if you feel that you can do better, do it! but do it for a better change and not out of the hate of your old self. If your inside is corrupted by you, the outside can never look good. That’s what I feel!

And talking about bodies, you need hot clothes and inner wear to drape your temple.

When it comes to bras, I can’t stress the importance of getting the right one. Before buying bras, I suggest that you measure yourself once with a measuring tape, to know the correct size. Wearing incorrect bra size, doesn’t hold your breasts, leave them hanging(resulting in stretch marks) and just looks improper. Same goes for sports bras. While exercising make sure the bra is well fitted and a little tight.
